The L.E.A.D. Project

Leadership, Education And Discipleship

Most of them are Badjao youth from Davao City who finished basic education through FCCDI’s Education and Literacy Program. Now they’re ready for college. The L.E.A.D. Project stays with each one all the way to graduation: school paid for, mentors around them, a church home behind them, and a younger person they’ll disciple along the way.

Your gift

Preparing your gift…

100% of your gift goes directly to the L.E.A.D. Project in Mindanao. You’ll hear how the scholars are doing, semester by semester. Gifts beyond the goal support ANI’s field work in Mindanao.

An education, all the way

Tuition and monthly support, school supplies, hands-on skills training, and grades reviewed every semester. Open to Badjao, Ata and other young people from communities where college is rare, recommended by their pastor.

Life-on-life coaching

A local industry mentor for careers and internships. An international mentor for whole-person growth. L.E.A.D. staff for everyday life and prayer. A peer for encouragement and accountability.

Discipleship that multiplies

Every scholar commits to disciple a younger person and keeps serving in their local church, on a rhythm that fits their studies. What they receive, they pass on.

Led by people who know them by name.

FCCDI leads day to day in Davao, with a case manager for every scholar. Ani Philippines partners in raising support and running the program.
